• Customers may return or exchange items that were received in damaged condition only after receiving a Return Authorization from CityLAB. Items damaged following receipt by customer will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Any request for a return or exchange authorization must be made within 15 days of receipt of items by customer.
• Items that are altered by customer, including any printing or embroidery, may not be returned or exchanged.
• Original shipping costs are not refundable. Contact us to discuss shipping options for any returns or exchanges.
• Refunds will be applied towards customer's account unless other agreements have been made.
